Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take time for your refund to be posted.

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@williebrowncaps.com for further instructions.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
